    Just wondering, how long will items stay on the ground? I killed some bandits in Tarant, the bodies are long gone but their stuff remains. Also, I just killed the inhabitants of Kree, and was curious as to how long I have to loot the area.

    Sooner or later a wandering pedestrian will pick the pile up. I don't know if it evaporates.

    I have always stashed the excess loot from Kree in a chest, so that's an Idonknow. I sugest a test. Leave one corpse unlooted & stash the rest. Stuff in dungons lasts till you go back for it.

    As far as I know, the stuff will stay there until some dipshit picks it up, whether that dipshit be a wandering pedestrian, Virgil, or .... :p

    Yeah I've found that if 2 monsters die on top of each other I can often not loot the bottom one, but once their body decay the loot forms a single pile.

    Don't put anything in the bin though. They get emptied out regularly enough.
