    He's along the southern coast of the mainland. It's about the midway point between Ashbury and Tarant, and then straight down southward to the coast. You can get the location marked on your map by talking to Teach in the pub on the Black Root docks.

    You can also buy a boat in Black Root, or win one from the master gambler, also in Black Root.
