Whenever I edit a character and click script then select dialogue then enter the script number then press ok... it doesn't work! When I click script again the little black dot returns to examine! It should be in dialogue! So I click dialogue then press ok but when I check again it is still on examine! What is wrong? Why does it keep on changing?
re so you are saying that after you click the "dialogue" button, and enter the script number, it goes to examine? if the examine script number is "0", then it doesnt matter, but, yeah, thats weird. I would say, get 1069 or 1070 versions of worlded. and I just figured that I do not have 1074, I have 1069. I am dum. . So, try whatever i suggested (if anything) and try it. Try reloading worlded, sometimes it goes freaky and like that. If you get a warning that says someting like "cant get default variable using zeros" then just hit ok. it doesnt really mean anything. are you using sockmonkey script editor, or Grant Davis's? because Grant's    . SUX! so, yeah. You do know how to make a script right? because that could be a problem. so, i think thats it. i think it might have been helpful, maybe...
I had just the same problem. Well, it's actualy not a problem. Everything is OK. When you enter the script number, that number stays there. The dot returns to examine and script number there is 0. That means no script is attached to examine. But if you click on dialog, you'll see that script number is there.
