Cursed weapons, worth it or not?

After playing through the whole game using the Star of Soulbonding (cursed chakrem), it did wonders. If your magic resist is high enough, the curse wont even affect you (it does random stasis to what it hits and also to you everytime it hits). Anyone else use cursed items?

 

I use the cursed items to kill evil NPCs at the city so guards won't attack me. I forgot what this item was but when worn, the wearer's hit points starts to lessen until he die.

 

I was using cursed sword that was quite nice - damage 5-30, randomly casts 'Ice Squill' or something like that... When I found it it was the best weapon I've ever seen...

 

One of the barbarian in Kree was using the Berserker Staff. Curse but I was beaten to the ground by it. This weapon increase your melee potency with some increase in attributes while decrease in other attributes like intelligence etc. Best suited for a fighter.

never seen the cursed chakram .. but still :smile: their is a nice cursed ring i found, hps/fatigue dot while you where + invis... so its free, resuable invis... you lose hps while you have it on(just take it off to stop) but its very usefull to get past people/mobs since i solo w/ my theif.

 

I always save my cursed stuff. I'm a cursed artifact collector you might say. I always carry Diseased Leather Armor with me, for easy enemy disposal. Another goodie to use on unarmed NPC's is the Life Stealer Dagger. God knows where I found that little piece. I have found Diseased Leather Armor in the Elven Ruins each time, so I assume the item is always, unconditionally there. I also found some Ring of Shadows or something, makes the wearer invisible and takes off health or fatigue and the like. Found that in... oh Jeebus... that pond in the middle of nowhere up by the Gray Mountains... Whatever its called (agh!). Pretty sure I found it in the Small Camp once too, but that's just random.
