I have just cleared the BMC mines, and Bates suggested that Chukka should join me. He has a disposition of 70 towards me. However when I talk to Chukka he says "No join with you! Chukka hate you!" or something similar. How can I make him like me? I know that dwarven snuff works on magnus, wine on Sodd, Tea on Gar, but what can I give to Chukka? For those curious I have a good alignment of about +50, and have two free slots for followers and a charisma of 18.
Hehe. Did you betray Bates in any way or agree to? Something fun to do with chukka: if your charisma is high enough, get him to help you kill bates! If it isn't, take him outside and make him wait while you kill bates.
