Charm Spell and Beggars

Good evening Ladies and Gentlemen,

I have a question to you all:

Is it possible to insult people (townfolk, tavern customers, beggars), put the charm spell on them withiut being attacked? And, additionally, talk to them in a peaceful way just like before, being able to repeat all dialogoue lines, especially for the beggar and possible quest givers/solvers?

Otherwise the charm spell wouldn't be worth the skill point being spent.

 

I think dialogue flags are permanent. I'm almost positive (w/o checking myself) that the charm spell won't affect them and let you REPEAT any dialogue lines. Think your shit out of luck there.
