Can't buy Li'tani statuette

Hello all,

I need to make an offering to Ter'el - the Li'tani statuette, but i can't find it! The only place i saw it before was the first time I spoke with the Asbury's elf merchant. I didn't buy it then because i didn't know what was it for, and now he doesn't speak to me because I'm a techno guy and if i kill him he doesn't have the statuette in his chest.

I found only 1 thread with the same problem and the guy (Liz i think) was able to go around it by installing the mod which makes merchants always have all the items they ever sell. If someone could give me the link to this mod or tell how else I could get the Li'tani I'd most appreciate it.

I had the same problem, and the only way I managed to overcome it was to start again from way back.
If you don't intend to have a full tech character, and you have CPs to spend, you could use some in magic- usually a little is enough to get the shopkeepers bartering with you again. i think.

 

Do you have InvenSource.mes in the Arcanum/data/rules folder? It can be easily modified to make Li'tani available at another store if you have. Don't worry if you haven't though. Not everyone will have that folder and file unless they've modified things before.

 

have you tried using a fate point to force a good reaction from the shopkeeper? that might work.
