Can you get the NPC's to train?

    Some NPCs "auto-train" themselves (like the dog, raven etc.). I think there's also a background which allows u to train your followers to apprentice level

    I played an "educator" once. It appeared as though once he attained the next level of expertise, all of the followers advanced. i.e., when I hit Expert, they became Apprentices. At Master, they became Experts.
