Okay my next major quest is to get to Thanatos and see nasrudin....Got Stingry Pete's Boat and all....problem started when I went to Caladon by Boat....after I completed the Master Persuasion Quest I decided to travel to roseborough to complete the Mannox quest....guess what ....my computer hangs whenever I try to travel across the map...WTF!!?!??! It must be a bug!!! I tried doing the same thing from tarant and the same shit occured. AAAARRGHHHH I reinstalled the game and the problem still occured......From the looks of it I have these few options: 1. Install the patch . will this render my savegame useless...? 2.Try my VERY best to get the teleportation spell....since my character is a mage ...I need only 3cp's. or purchase the scrolls ...This is only a temporary solution because I may need to travel too other locations which do not appear on the map. 3.Travel by clicking my way across the whole continent of Arcanum.(you have to be kidding me) 4.Quit Arcanum and start imagining how it would have ended... Help!
the only cure for corrupted savegames is to back them up while they're still OK every once in a while. Don't know of any way to fix them - sorry.
