    I have heard that you can get a blessing from the gypsy in Tarant... How do you do that? And what does the blessing give you?

    If you take Toussade's side in the crystal ball quest, and give the ball to Delores Toussade will give you +1 charisma. (I think it's +1 charisma atleast.)

    That's correct, Hutz84. It's only a curse if you don't take Toussade's side.
    And when you first talk to her, if you're not on the Crystal Ball Quest, she may offer to give you info about a stolen painting. If you accept the info, you won't be able to get the Blessing from her later.
    So don't even talk to her until you get the Ball Quest.
