    Rumorus said, that I should meet these two characters in Black Root, first one is gambler and second one should know about some location. But, I've never have had the luck. I know that it isn't key problem, but, you know, for warm feeling..

    I think the “drung sea dog” is the guy who tells you the location of Stringy Peat.

    If y uohaven't met them, you haven't fullly explored blacj root, especially down by the docks.
