Beauty/Charisma required to seduce Mrs. Misk?

As a female.

I was playing a character trying to play around with some of the Beauty required options (as it doesn't really do that much) and I can't seem to pull this one off. I'm asking because my beauty is 16 while my charisma is 20 and my persuade is 5/master.

I skiped to Rosebourgh and dug up the book without talking to her the first time, then went back and did the quest up to the point the the writer guy gets killed and I don't get the option when talking to her.
