Bashing doors/chests???

Is there a way to bash or attack door and/or chests open?

The regular attack command doesnt seem to do it?

you can break chests easily with the attack option.(press Alt and then attack the chest/door)
but the "brake" will be un-restorable so if you'll break the chest you'll be able to take all the stuff that are in but it wont get re-filled(like the showkeepers chests for example)
better use the lockpicks.
it'll save you alot of effort.
another thing:
you better use axes for the "smashing" job.
swords wont do the trick(an also they will break)
