    I’ve preformed a keyword search for any reference to the toy train and have found none. Did I miss something; I found a wooden toy train but have yet to discover its purpose, any insight or suggestions in relation to my locomotive quandary would be greatly appreciated.

    as to your question, there is a dwarf in the wheel clan that gives you a quest for it.
    he is at the southwest part of the dwarf residential area.
