    Nope, no more learnable spells as such. There are spells available on items that are not available to you as character, though.

    That you can learn? No. Scrolls or magical items can hold other powers, though.

    This decision was made to keep tech & magick 100% different, gameplay-wise. You can find new tech schematics you can learn, but not new spells.
