Arcanum Soundtrack and Sheet Music

Hello, ive wanted lately to download the arcanum sheets from the remnants of the original sierra arcanum website (http://www.terra-arcanum.com/sierra/), but whenever i try to use them, they wont work, telling me that i need the viewer, which i downloaded already, but
it doesnt recognize it. Is there any options to see enabled addons in the internet explorer 7 options? or is the program too old and i need the old version of the viewer in order to view the sheets?
