Looks like we have some members who are about due for some avatarial bestowal. I hereby move that the following members receive custom avatars.

Voting on custom avatars is a time-honored tradition here at the House of Lords. In case anyone was not aware, only time-honored members are permitted to vote. As a rule of thumb, if you don't already have a custom, don't post in this thread.

It would be nice if we could avoid the cluster-fuck that has happened in the past when multiple members were on the table for customs, so let this thread be reserved for yay/nay voting, and save your avatar/title suggestions for separate threads that will be created as appropriate. For the sake of clarity, prepare your ballot with names as listed above followed by aye/nay, and include any relevant remarks below.

This isn't a democracy, and age isn't the sole qualifier for getting custom avvy's.

 

If you don't want them to get one, then just say so, DF.

I included the join dates, not as a point of merit, but for your convenience. As I recall, the last time we did this there was some question as to who amongst the worthy would receive one first, and join date provided a logical order. Now you don't have to look it up, it's right there in the OP, you're welcome.

 

I thought you had to have an avatar to suggest the prospect of someone else getting one. Also I thought if you asked for one it would exclude you from receiving one for an unspecified time.

I'm not sure what you're getting at.

 

Probably on the fact that he nominated people for custom avatars when he himself did not have custom avatar, therefore breaking the rules with no resistance.

Since I apparently didn't read whatever thread that was in, I'm going to assume that a sufficiently unspecified amount of time has passed. DF, Zanza, and wobbler, we have your nays; if you have something relevant to share concerning the merits of the nominees, please do so. If it has to do with niggling technicalities, or is simply the word "Nope", please keep it to yourself.

Some may not be as long with us as others, but I think each has shown a distinctive personality. My aye goes to Yuki, ytzk and Jojobobo.

I'm torn when it comes to Smuel. On one hand I think he fulfills the required criteria. On the other I'm not sure if it's a good idea to give Hellbokos a custom. :>
