A poll in response to the sudden surge in activity we've witnessed in the various forums of the House Of Lords. I came in this morning and 13 threads in the general discussion forum had been responded to, where as i had been used to seeing about 3 posts a day.

Come on now boyos, admit it! you are a terra arcanum addict! you refresh the general discussion page 1000 times a day just to see if someone has posted a new thread, or responded to a past one!

No sorry dude, I have something called a life actually. I only get to refresh about 500 times a day, so maybe losers who can waste all their time can reach 1000, but I have to do school work.

I would just post again, but number 100 has got to be a good post, at least I think so.

 

The recent surge in activity can mostly be attribuited to you, Sleek, and various other posters with whom you have spammacious chats.

 

I don't check it 24/7, it's just when I DO check it I respond to most topics, and then I come back either the next day I'm able to, or later that day (if I'm feeling sick like I am now)

 

I think it's a reasonably opprotune time to say I had like 10 posts only a week ago.

 

The recent surge in posting has created so many threads that i dont bother to read because most are so full of meaningless crap, it's worthless to read.

 

but... but... meaningless crap is fun!! it's... meaningless! plus, most of it won't get you in trouble. so you can say all the stupid stuff you want without having any real risk of getting beaten by a moderator.... though it does get... out of hand... every now and then... but not very often, as far as I've seen...

 

This is not busy - this time about 2 years ago was busy. You could easily rack up 30 posts a day (and I did for a few months) because there was that much activity on the board. Ah, those were the days...those spammy days, perhaps, but there was still a lot of good funny stuff going on.

Yeah, I come here more than is healthy for me, but unless something big happens it's not like I'm going to be stopping anytime soon either.

 

I like going to school, because there's a lot of computers and they've got a real fast connection. But all those so-called "classes" are interfering with my TA time. :-(

 

Damn you, my school comps suck ass. First period of the first day of school, guess what happens. Crash. They are just getting them back up and school's been in session for 3 days.

 

Sheesh. You poor thang. I'll bet y'all have CHAIRS to go with your computers, though.

 

I'm very curious to know who picked the option that named me a "queer heroin smoking arabiacs who need to get back to selling their bodies for CRACK!" Come on, tell your (only) moderator, Snowy... I won't hurt you too much...

I voted for once or twice a day... btw, Stuart, you do know it should be "If god had meant for us to sleep outside HE wouldn't have invited weather" right? not they. but going on from that... I think Sleek is one of the two who has posted the lowest one... just because he had the randamnity to make this fucked up string anyway... even if you don't agree with what I just said... you have to admit that this string is pretty damn wierd... there aren't any rules against swearing are there? I read all the rules you guys yell at ppl about, but couldn't find any agianst swearing... just curious....
