    Is it the same as Paralyser or as Anaesthesiser, or is it something entirely different?

    You have to use them on someone. I believe the Anaesthesiser doesnt work for as long as the Paralyzer.

    Figured that one out. It is Paralyser made of other components. Can be quite a useful thing in combat, actually. Almost like the Stasis spell I'd say

    Anaesthesier doesn't paralyze the people either, I think it does a fuck load of fatigue damage.
