Little thing with the God quest (definate spoilers)

Hey, now I've gotten the God quest, but I didn't realize this, and I didn't see anything on it so I figured it was fine, but if you step on Vooridal's (spelling?) altar and you don't have all the blessings, did you know that you die? I didn't, and that sucks, because I had forgotten to save enough, ended up back in Tulla before you get the location of Vendrigroth. Proof that, no matter how strong you are, save alot, because there are some instant death things.

 

you know... that was in a post not too long ago... you should've looked it up, and I myself stepped onto that and died, but I was smart enough to have saved right before stepping onto the altar.

 

Speaking of gods and offerings, when I bring a black diamond to Morrindal's altar I get a message saying that I brought the correct offering, but for some reason Moorindal won't accept it. What's up with that? :/

 

Offerings should be made in a certain order. Offerings to the major gods like Halycon and Moorindal (as opposed to lesser gods like the dwarven Alberich or Geshtianna) is supposed to complete a "circle" of offerings. Moorindal is a major evil god, in order to give him your offering you have to complete the Second circle, that of the evil, by bringing offerings to Torg, Bolo, Kerlin and Shakar (in this very order). To complete the Gods quest at all, you should first complete all three circles- good, evil and neutrality.

And thn my beautiful characters won't die at that retarded altar?

EDIT: O yea, and Virgil has ressurect, why the hell doesn't he ever use it when I need him to?

 

You still die, but the All Father resurects you. Take the scrolls of resurect & the tech restores from your followers. I didn't once & had three resurects happen at once.
