How/where do I buy tech manuals

    I have paid my membership dues to the library in Tarant but they never offer to sell me the manuals. Neither will Fenwick or the guy who researches the pagan gods. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for your help because this is driving me crazy.

    the library does not sell the manuals .
    the guy about the gods? well when you enter his room you can head straight into another and hall with 3 people I think the one selling the manuals is at the end

    I think 2, wait three because there's one in the middle, no 2, yes 3. Just check it anyway. I think he's a gnome, wait dwarf I mean since it's a tech thing.
