ok, trying to email bomb some filthy dirty christian fundamentalists, but i'm not exactly a haxxor like i assume everyone in this forum is, (except chalupa cobra who is just a silly vegetarian), i'm just extremely pissed off. i tried creating a draft in my yahoo account, and i pasted their email address into it a hundred times and sent that draft out about twelve times, did i send them twelve hundred e-mails or just twelve? if anyone knows a more effective way of doing this please tell me.
they keep sending me informational stuff about their college scholarships etc. i think i got put on some kind of mailing list when i filled out a survey at my old church. they basically wont stop sending me stuff about their camps, and as i said, scholarship programs. its all to late for me to get any money anyway, but they wont stop sending me stuff, i sent them e-mails asking them to take me off, but i guess my opinion hasnt gotten in the way of their idiocy.
Can't you just set your account in such a way that it won't accept e-mails from their address? Or set your e-mail program in such a way that it'll remove those e-mails immidiately instead of putting them in the inbox folder.
Most email providers have a Block function. If yours doesn't, it sucks and you should start using something like Hotmail.
yes i have blocked the individual email addresses, but i keep getting emails from different groups etc.
Okay this'll be cruel but you should've thought before you got in contact with such people. Next time you'll (hopefully) know better than to give them your primary email address.
that wasnt that cruel, its exactly the lesson i learned, my only problem now is that i really want to send them each a few thousand emails (with about 2 mgbytes of attachments each of course) but i cant figure out how to do it, and i know there are ways for it to be done other than staying up all night sending emails oh well this is probably the wrong forum for this kind of thing anyway
Hey, Sleek, here's some "silly vegetarian" advice: read up on mailbots, download or build one that suits your fancy, and then learn how you can set it's autoresponse to counterattack prescribed senders (or worse).
Hey, I don't like fundamentalists either... ...but half the reason that they're the assholes they are is because of revenge. Think it out before you start sending them viruses. I just got w32.pinfi on my other comp, it's a total bitch, and I have no idea how I'm going to salvage things. I keep thinking of the people who made and spread w32.pinfi, wondering why they did it, why they hide it in programs shared on KaZaA and the like to attack total strangers. Jesus-freaks are still people. I definitely like the idea of replying to them with gay porno or satanic messages better than sending them viruses. The former is harmless, and funny.
Re: Hey, I don't like fundamentalists either... Think of companies which lose money because of kazaa-like programs. They'd have to come up with millions of lawsuits. It's easier to share infected programs over kazaa as even if you had 100% certainty which company did it could you actually sue them. "Your honor, I accuse these people of infecting my computer with viruses while I downloaded programs without paying for them" Neat isn't it? A perfect solution I guess to make at least some people afraid of using kazaa-like programs.
i'm not sending them viruses, i'm sending them emails that read "important document attached" and of course, i've attached a 2mgbt word file that reads "just thought i'd inform you that you only have pictures of caucasians in all of your web pages banners and photographs, you racially challenged child rapists" for about a hundred thousand pages. and i'm attempting to do it a few thousand times.
Who's going to be foolish enough to open up a 2 megabyte word file attachment?? These Christian fundamentalists may be dumb but they set up and maintain a web site. I suggest you rethink your strategy, Sleek.
the idea is that if i send a few thousand of them, which i know is possible, because i've had it done to me, it will be really agravating for them. plus the large files will slow them down etc. just by them recieving them.
It'll be a tale worthy of your grandchildren, Sleek (if you should be so lucky to live that long). . .
