Tech schemes and manual

Hi folks!

(1) Yesterday I bought a "high-velocity gun"-scheme (or whatever) in a shop and used it with the hand icon in my inventory - now the scheme seems to be disappeared, how will I manage to get the option of building that new gadget?

(2) Also yesterday I bought a tech manual at the Tarant University, how do I use it? Simply by putting it into my inventory? And what exactly is the purpose of those manuals?

(1) Click the technological discipline botton found at the bottom right of your screen. Click the scroll. Look for it.

(2) It adds up points to your character's tech disc. apt.

 

to use it open ur inventory and drag the scheme to the hand sign above the drop sign..
