Twin skulls quest in Tarant

Hi again!

I got the twin skulls quests from a half-ork in Tarant and I not quite able to locate zhose skulls; anyway, a guy in the University seems to be interested in those skulls, too - would it be more profitable to give them to him (once I located them)?

Somewhere in the warehouse, east of Tarant. Near the thief's house.

 

And what do you think to whom should I give those skulls?

 

Use your better judgement. Didn't got the one at the University so I gave to the one at the pub.

 

after the whole quest youre left with the skulls so you can give em to the university

 

it is close to the place where u help the guy eliminate rats from his factory

 

Ok, I've tried to follow that quest! Where is this Tyron-(or whatever) guy who is supposed to be in Blackroot? The note he left seems not very helpful.

Take that note back to the guy in Tarant and he'll tell you what to do next.

 

Tyron is at Caladon.

 

OK thanx, but are there any clues or am I supposed to stumble over this Tyron-guy in Caladon by accident?

 

I forgot the actual address but its somewhere north of Caladon. West of the palace.

 

Thanx again, I think I am able to find Tyron now! But what I meant exactlay was if there are any clues in the further story of the quest - after you explain to this half-orc-guy in Tarant that Tyron isn't in Blackroot.

Is there any way to open the door of the warehouse except of pure, devastating aggression? There's nothing about that in the walkthrough; my unlocking cantrip doesn't work (seems strange to me) and I am not skilled in picklocking. X

Clues?

Xanamonarac: As far as I know there are no clues as to where he has gone. After I talked to the guy in Tarant about the note I ended up doing other quests and ran into Tyron in Caladon while investigating the murders. I was checking out all the houses near the murder site, and he was hiding in one of them. I'm not sure that whole quest even has an ending, because after talking to tyron I never saw him or the other guy again, and ended up giving the skulls to the Phrenologist in Tarant.

Okay, I know its off-topic but what does Xanamonarac mean? An etymology question I'm asking as well.

 

The name 'Xanamonarac' has exactly this meaning: it's the name of my AD&D-Pen&Paper elven fighter; the whole name (with titles) would be 'Count Xanamonarac of Nowhere and Forevermore, Count in the service of King Azoun IV., Guardian of the Gnoll's Pass, Member of the Guardians of Fate' - that's all - would be a long nickname!
But there's exactly no etymologic background so far. X
