Lethe Wyvern - Camera?

So I got the Lethe Wyvern quest late yesterday, not really caring about much but the prospect of imminent hot graverobbing action. Today, however, I recall the guy saying something about using a camera to take a picture of said wyvern. I don't have a camera, and my inventory's so full of junk that if the reporter tried to give me a camera, he would have failed due to lack of inventory space. Where do I get a camera? I already checked the floor of the Roseborough Inn, as well as pickpocketing the reporter, but no luck. Am I screwed? Has this game screwed me over again? My latest backup savegame, I believe, is way back at the Isle of Despair or something. Please help.

From what I recall the object was labelled Trevor's Camera or something like that. I'm not sure if another camera would work so if you missed getting it the you're probably screwed. (BTW check to see if one of your followers picked it up, sometimes they do though alas not always.)

However not to worry, the 300 gold that you get for the mission is NOT worth the permanent intelligence loss you suffer in the encounter. The only drawback is not finding the bridge, that forces you to take the long route back to get to the Dark Elf Village but that's no big deal.

I would reccommend you always make room available in your pack when you wander around town talking to folks, this sort of error can happen often.

To get more room for your inventory, put it in your follower's invetory.

I didn't see the reporter who will give me the camera until the next day. Be sure its morning or mid-afternoon.

That Wyvern monster is practically pretty easy with a simple spell such as harm. He really isn't much a treat.

 

I was expecting a huge fight so I sent 2 automotons in after the beast and told my 7 followers to backoff. At the edge of my screen I saw that little beast get violated in ways you wouldn't think possible for machines to do...




So much for hard mode...

 

Lethe Wyvern...

After taking a picture of the thing in the shower, I walked up to it and beat it to death with my bare hands. I took a few pictures of the corpse, and cut off it's head and returned to the town. When I got back a townsman saw me and called the rest of the town out, and they carried me around calling me a hero. This was great fun, and I gave the camera back to the reporter and then received the key to the city from the mayor. :smile:
