"What, I can't have the camera?!" Says Raffele. "No, you can't." You say. "Give me the camera!" he says. "No damnit!" you reply. "Milk my udder! Give it to me!" the guy says. "Gotta catch me!...Oo, too slow old man - SHIT!" (Raffle pulls out a Revolver and starts shooting you. You pull out your shotgun and blast his arm off...All of the sudden guards surround you and attack you)"...He started it!" [You point to raffle]. "He's got a point," says one of the guards.

Now, enough of random insanity. Time for the Milk N' Cookies

Guards... The final frontier...Protectors of weak, innocence, and cute 'Ferret's. Come on a journey, to the protectors of Tarant and Shrouded Hills! A Journey that will last a life-time...Dun dun dun

Guards...You attack people, they attack you...You attack them, they attack you...You attack anything...They attack you...

My question is, how do I set up guards to attack you if you attack Civillians. Are they all in one faction? Do you place Guards and Civillians into the same FACTION? The "Shrouded Hills Village People" Faction?

And, I've got a little expirment for you too. At the beginning of the game, attack those bandits guarding the gate. Now, run back into town! (42 in Stamina in neccesary to do this) Now, turn around, right infront of the constable and fight the bad evil doers!

All of the sudden...."What the h-" you say. The Shrouded Hill guards are attacking you! AHHH! "Die!" you say (You attack them...)...But alas, you have not only Bandits now attacking you, but the Guards!

And yes, this is true. Attack the bandits and run into town, see what happens...

Do guards attack just anyone who attacks another? How does it work?

It can work many ways. The easiest way would be to set the civilians you want protected to the same faction as the guards. There are many other ways to do it. Including using reps and places of origin to name a few.

    Thanks...Buttt....

Ok, thank you. Just one more question. When you bring those bandits in from their camp near the Gate in Shrouded hills to the Town Of Shrouded Hills, why the guard there attack you?

Yes and, if you notice, when you get the missions to clear the warehouse of rats (In Tarant)...-The guy offers you the option of taking anything inside the place as payment-... if you notice that, it's near the out-skirts of town. Almost every fight em' up missions is located on the outskirts of Tarant. Interesting eh?

Well, it was as I speculated earlier. BUT, another question is, is when people attack you, how come none of the guards go after THEM? Or do they...And this is why those combat oriented places are on the outskirts of town. Can guards actually protect YOU?

Well, if you think about it....You have no faction...Originally...And those evil rats at the warehouse...They don't have a faction either...If you'll also notice, in the Black Mountain Mines, there is a Dark Elf bandit survivor who fights for his OWN life. Will guards attack the person who attacks a person with a nuetral faction? Ehh, let me word that better:

Your in the streets of tarant. Guy comes up, and attacks you. Will guards attack the first person who attacks another IF their Factions are Nuetral? If the person who attacked you's faction is "Tarant Civil", the guards will help him out. If it's "None", will they attack him for attacking you?

    Hmmm....Interesting eh?
