where is virgil

I was on the isle of dispare and had to dismiss Virgil and my other follower to fight in the pit. Both were gone when I got out of the pit. so after doing all the quests I found on the isle of despair I went back to the crash sight and no Virgil. Now the girl was wher I first found her in Durnhold or what ever the capital of Cumbria is. Does any one have any idea.

 

I'm supposing you don't have patched the game...

Virgil never dissappears, and I found him in the Crash Site once he fled... well, try the basem... no, it can't be... I don't know! :-?

 

i still have a game save from before I went to the crash sight to get virgil if I use the patch will it work??? also where do I get the patch from??

Dunno how much of your game it'll fix though. It's not retroactive.

 

I've got a new hint. I just asked Virgil to dissappear to get Malcom, and then he wasn't on the Crash site when I went for him...


...strangely enough, I was in Shrouded Hills to give Gaylin her amulet, and then started to run norht and encountered the 2 wolves... then began to run east and there in the northernmost part of the east of Shrouded Hills Virgil was standing... :-o I've saw weird things, but this was senseless! I think it's a one-time coincidence, but if you want try looking there. :-?

 

I went back to a previous game save and down loaded a patch. we will see if that works.

Well, no I mean, the bunch of guys that hate virgil... for some reason there seem to be a lot of them out there! I don't think they'd be a community... that'd be too much!

yes there is a "virgil the pervert" fan club of sorts, it was mainly centered at the DoA forums (atleast that's where i first heard of it) i think.

Ok boys and gargoyles here we go..

So Virgil's supposed to leave the party after Tsen Ang. Later you find him elsewhere, and he's a new and supposedly improved virgil. Then you meet up with the elusive Joachim.

Well...he didn't leave after Tsen Ang. I've yet to run into this Joachim fellow...(I'm starting to wonder if he really exists outside of virgils mind)

What the bloody 'ell did I do wrong?

I'm good..100 points good, irritatingly enough. I tried going to the hall of records both before and after having been thtrough Tsen Ang.

 

Did you free the ogres? Sometimes if you do that Virgil won't leave, you can go back up Tsen Ang and down again and it should make him leave

There is a trigger point that can be missed. If you have a save from before the decent try again. If you don't, go back & try again. I have missed a few of those points myself.
