I was able to become a apprentice in melee and I am trying to do the same for vigil. How do I do this. Also need advice on how to get through the bandits at the bridge. Hiya trav! here's the deal 1) the only you can get followers to be trained is to pick the educator background and have a higher level of training than the one you want them to have (expert to teach apprentice, master to teach expert) 2) there are several ways past the bridge depending on how you want to play... -melee: the grenades you found in the cave can REALLY help -persuade: a point of persuasion can let you talk your way past (and pick up a few coins as well) -pay: give 'em the money, it's not heroic but it gets you out of there -collaborate: if you talk to them BEFORE you get the quest to get rid of them you can help the bandits and they'll let you past (warning - this is considered EVIL) GOOD LUCK!!! ~Aldin
