I actually can't see how that fits the entire rhyme, but it fits some of it.

I disagree with "riddle" answer - I did think of it first but it does not fit all the lines. I mean the riddle says You have to ask it and, and, and... Ok it just got to me that "you" does not have to mean the very same person every time and I based my "rhetoric question" answer on that. I guess I'm just jealous Luchaire did it again.
