Bates Fate Points

One day, I was doing my Tarant massacre for fun, I decided to go to Bates mansion to kill people. I walked in with 2 Fate Points, and left with 4. I'm assuming that there is more in Tarant, where are they all at and what for?

 

you can receive one point for persuading the orc uprising leader to fight for his rights in court, other than the ones you can receive for dealing with lukan, i dont konw of any others, but they are out there

 

what actions in the bates mansion give you fate points?

 

I only have a point or two in Persuasion, and I know I didn't help with an upraising, like is said, I just went and killed people.

 

i did the uprising with level 3 persuasion with expert training

 

I know I don't have that, I think it's 2 points and Apprentice.

 

the third point and expert training from madam lil is worth it for the extra follower, at least for me, i have a nice clump of followers that kill anything i point at, working on getting raven right now, not that shes really necessary with virgil, sogg, magnus, dog, and gar around, but i would like a real spellcaster instead of virgil...

 

One of the "Bates" fate points is granted when you enter the mansion through the underground tunnel.

If you came in that way, you get one point.

 

plus you get a fate point for killing bates

 

Bates fate points;

Cliombing the ladder from the secret tunnel before talking to bates. (you can go in normally. Then enter the tunnel and immediately come up again for the fate point.)

you can persuade ht parnell to let you buy gar and then set him free for a fate point. in order to free him you have to tell him to wait, ask him to rejoin, and then click on the dialog option to release him
