Wrong. That was a quote from Hannibal, not Hannibal Lecter. Hannibal was one of the greatest generals ever. He cruised around the Italian countryside for many years without losing, and the only reason he couldn't take Rome was because he didn't have enough men, because his home city of Carthage refused to send more. He eventually lost to Scipio before he went back home, ending a huge (I think 13 year long¹) winning streak in enemy territory.

Two other things: 1. Why would I quote a fictional character? I may as well just quote the author's name instead, seeing as they were the one who wrote it. 2. Why would Hannibal Lecter say "We will either find a way or make one"?
