After spending a lot of time on my character, I was jumped by some guys that where way stronger than me and Vergil. Vergil died right off the bat, and I just went to hit f8 to auto load my game, and accidently hit f7, saving it. Is there anyway to get virgil back, or do I just have to start from the last place I hard saved? Thanks~
Either reload the last save, or if it was somewheres near cast ressurect or use a ressurect item on his body.
Well, if you have a resurrect scroll with you (or the Technical Equivelent), then your set. If not, then your screwed. I don't think his body will keep long enough for you to get a scroll. Oh, well. There are better followers to find. Especially late in the game. :wink:
Yeah..I think that Virgil is one of those don't-need followers.He is realy helpless. He doesn't have any special skill,he isn't so good at close and ranged combat, he can't lockpick or cast some powerfull spells...only thing that is OK are his healing spells (major healing and, later,ressurection).. uke: uke:
You have to consider your options. A resurrect scroll or Restore life potion will cost somewhere in the neighborhood of 2K gold. At this point you must ask yourself....is Virgil worth it??? I say....Let his body fertilize the ground, and who knows?...there might just be a nice patch of coca leaves growing there next time you visit!! :razz:

ressurect him of course, if you cant, copy down coordinat and by scroll and go back to ressurect him with scroll, it will work because he's the magic type

cant you use the scrolls on non magic types? i thought it didnt matter, does the same apply to restore life items?
