I remember someone saying that you can find potatoes and lemons in the field behind the herbalist's shop in Shrouded Hills. I never found any, though. Never looked for them either, which is probably why I never found any.
You can find some in the potato plants out the back of the weather beaten farmers place. Oh wait... That's only in my mod.... There's also a lemon tree.... But that's only in my mod as well....
I'm serious, I think I have bought some at a store in the game once, but what would you use these potatoes for? No doubt something perverted...

There are potato plants in Shrouded Hills, and lemon trees in Asbury and rosenshyne ...er ...Roseborough.
I've found potatos in fields in Shrouded Hills, Ashbury, and Caladon. Never found any in stores. Potato charges schematic makes very few charges. I can't see where it is even worth spending coin on it, considering how few it makes and the scarcity of potatos and lemons.
