I am trying to complete the quests for Stringy Pete and for the second one I need to rebuild the altar in Vooriden. To do that, I need a stone from the Torin Stone quarry, but I' found that damn place a while ago by accident, killed the monsters, looted the corpse etc. Now the stone is gone! Can I find a stone anywhere else? Has this happened to anyone else?

How did you join on the 25th of march? My comp says it is only the 24th. I think I read somewheres that you could use one of the halfling farmer's stones. Welcome to the forum!!!

    25th? Crazy!

I have no friggin' idea! My computer says it is the 24th as well! Maybe this forum is hosted past the international date line?

Anyways, thanks for welcoming me and I'll try to use one of the halfling's stones, but I thought you couldn't move them?

If you have Magnus in your party he can move them but he is really slow. Sogg is also a good one for moving them.

    Welcome to the forum! :wavey:

If you don't get the stone you can't complete the God's quest.

I had the same problem. I found the quarry early, moved the stone but left it there. When I came back when I needed it, the stone was gone. >_< And none of the followers had it. It has to be a bug.

I think it has to do with the mechanics of the game. The stone is an Item on the ground, so the game deletes it after a few game-days. It makes the game run faster. I don't know if there's any way to get it back, so my advice is to reload, or kill Pete. It's not THAT hard...

If you can't lift one of the stones near that halfling farmer, get murgo to do it.

When you're given the quest by the guy in the temple he says he can give you Murgo (half ogre) to help you out in carrying the stones.
