If you mean training them to apprentice and expert then yes. Train your character to expert or master, and your follower will be trained in the skill as long as they have the requirements met. There is no way to train your fowollers past expert, so don't try it. It helps if you take the educator background.

    Welcome to the forum!!!

The only way is with the educator background. If you don't take that in the beginning, there's no way to train your followers. Some of them train themselves; Dog and Raven off the top of my head, but otherwise, nope.

As the self-appointed forum Welcomer I just wanted to say, "Welcome to the forum, Esteban!" :wavey:

Depending on when you pick up your followers (what level they are) they may already be trained to a certain level (the two Milo metioned in his post are examples, the lizard-man is another). Once you pick them up as followers they will progress no higher, unless you have the educator background.

I had welcomed him/her in another post. Of course after you though. I got caught up in a game for two hours.

The dog will start out as apprentice but he will eventually become a master at melee regardless of background
