circle stones in Roseborough

What do the numbers on the circular stone outside the Roseborough hotel mean and what do the ones that are buried around the town do. I already found and got into that little underground room, but I still think that they do something other than possibly show a pathway there; especially since the one that was dug up was in the center of the portal.

 

Oh, and does anyone have any idea how to get schreck's multi-barreled cannon or whatever it is. I got the schematic in the factory in tarant inside that filing cabinet, but I can't learn it, even with gunsmithing at 100.

 

I think that's a glitch. I had the same problem with 100 tech apt. and 100 skill in gunsmithing.

 

that gun is a quest item for the thieves guild so you can not learn it. Its not a glich

The stone is not mentioned in the TA walkthrough. You may be able to find it somewhere else. Either that or look at the thread that I linked in my earlier post!
