giveing tech shematics to npcs

    let me get this straight that there is no possible way for you to give a bought or found sheme to an npc. that they are limited to learned ones. that has always bugged me especially when i have magnus with a magic char. and i find a sheme for the pyro ax but he cant use it or one for power armor.

    NPCs can't learn any schemantics that you gave them
    you can learn them buy yourself and use those manuals(they are sold in the Tarant Library, for 750)to make those items

    thats what i thought, hoping for a loophole. design flaw in my opinion.
