pls HELP!!!!!!!!!!!HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

sorry i just bought this game but i stuck in shrouded hills i can't destroy the steam engine as i ran out of dynamite and how can i combine two items into one? I also can't learn any new skills as i was always told that i don't have enough skill/experience???
How to get out of shrouded hills since there is no exit? Do i have to completed the mission so i can get out of the place?

 

1. click on the shield icon at the bottem left of the screen to go into combat mode, then alt+left click to attack objects
2.read the manual concering schematics
3. you need to complet quest and/or kill things to go up levels. Again read the manual.
4. To exit follow the path to the right of the building with the steam engine to the NE. Then talk or fight your way past the three thieves.

 

First of all: READ THE MANUAL!!!!

Go into combat mode (R). Press and hold Alt (which is "Force-Attack" mode), then left click on the item you want to destroy. However you may not want to do so with your main weapon - as that will damage it. Try some explosives, throwing weapons or an axe.

Press "T" for Tech-item making.

Perhaps you're using some auto-leveling scheme. That will use up any Character Points you have.

Talk! Talk with the people in Shrouded Hills. They're living there... they must know the way out.

Also take a note of the ground... there're dirt trails. Arcanum always use dirt trails to lead you to something.

the way to get out of the city is to kill the thieves near the gate of the bridge. i have done it one by one: atrack one of them, run away and when his friend are out of site finish him.
