Sorry but there aren't any Troika-made ones. :sad: The only power-armour (come on! it's a power armour from Fallout!) related schematic is the one to make it (it requires a minute steam work and elite plate or basic plate... can't recall )
According to description, machined plate is suppose to boost your strength a little (because of the steam engine); but it would appear someone forgot about this tweak at Troika. Off one of the Terra-Arcanum links somewhere I read there is a mod to address just this problem. With or without the tweak/mod, the armor is worth the fuss for techies; although not quite as rugged as the IronClan armor.
I think that it gets better the more you have in the techmeter. Cuz I made one and I didn´t get a basic, I got a regular machined plate. Dont know if I´m right, but it´s the only reason I can think of. Btw, I had 100 "techpoints".
