    I have seen some pretty cool schematic ideas
    on terra arcanum can i actually use the in a game or are they just a wish list? If i can use them , how? anyone shed some light on this? peace

    Yeah they are fanmade just as some of the spells also listed on this site... but perhaps they use some of them in the runner up or expansion, theres bound to be one I guess! Also It would be great if they were to do Fallout 3 I love that game series!
