I have only found Stun Grenades and dynamite in the game. Sebastian (in the Boil) can make a few explosives if given the raw materials. Beyond that, you will probably have to make them yourself. Necessary ingredients are cheap and the finished products bring good prices. I made a bit of cash selling smoke and stun grenades (never found an NPC to buy the molotovs though). If you camp the Firearms Shoppe in Tarant, interesting schematics come available from time to time. explosives rock if at all possible, train explosives. Even just training the first rank will give you a super powerful weapon--the moltov cocktail. but take note that you need to train throwing if you want to be able to hit things with explosives. But my guy whos level 32, Only has like 2 points put into throwing and is an apprentice, and it works ok. I do waste alot of explosives, but good thing about explosives is even if you miss the target, all you need to do is have the explosives land near the target, and the explosion will still hit him and damage him pretty good.
