Tarant, madam lil, cant find medallion of beauty

Hey, well i cant find the medallion of beauty that madam lil (in Tarant) asked me to get for her, i want to max this game out so...
if anybody know where i can find the medallion of beauty,can you please let me know?

You can also get one at Black Root. There is a women wandering around the Captins' something or other. Pickpocket again. Or just kill her and kill everyone else if you want to be evil.

 

Randomly, one or more exist in the ancient maze, the sewers, bellogrim's lair.. etc

 

the blackmarket guy in tarant sometimes has one for sale.
some woman in the town thats rose something.

wolf cave. other dungeons. its very random.

Slums

Check the Tarant slums for the black market (east side of town), but be careful during nighttime.

 

Yeah, I had just come into town, went down the wrong alley and me and Virgel where just swarmed by a couple of theives.
Since then I pretend that I wasn't the one in that survived the crash in the newspaper or I'm sure I'd have more people after me than them =
