Heyas all! I just joined this link. I just beat arcanum a while ago, after working on it for a long time. Now, I'm not cheater, but after I beat an rpg such as this one, I always allow myself to go back and edit a char to get the abilites and spells, skills and what have you, that I couldn't get before. I downloaded the save game editor. I can't get it to work at all, though. I followed the specific directions in the read me help file, many times, and still it just doesn't work. I get this, "Missing MDDT whatever whatever," message, and I have no clue how to fix it. Please, I'd most appreciate any help you can give. Gentry
I had some problems with running the editor so if you write the whole error message you get instead of "whatever, whatever" then perhaps I might be able to help.
My advice is to play through the game again. You cannot possibly have done everything the first time through, so why not try an ultra-evil character?
Tried it to see what the message he got was, and it said that a specific .dll file is missing. Thing is that the file is in the folder you unzip the file to but either it should be somewhere else or it could be "broken".
