kill Kerghan while i was on my way to Wheel clan

    i found kerghan (which my character think he's arnnox) while i was on my way to wheel clan. but he didn't talk to me! so i killed him, and he didn't attack me at all! oh what the heck, i got no idea why he's still alive in the void later on. in fact, i killed him more then 8 times. i always met him when i was traveling around tarant, and i just want kill this baddy.

    also did ya noice i killed silver lady twice? and all the elven didn't noice that i killed their mother! i killed her once after i have done dealing with stillwater giant pelt. i killed her ANOTHER time when i come back from dark elven city.

    is these bugs?
