Charismatic Character

Can anyone tell me how to make a good charismatic char? What other skills than Cha and Persuation you need/recomend?

Is it hard to make all followers happy?(max is 7 not including dog and such or?)

not really, if you have mastery in persuasion you have an ARMY of follwers who do the dirty work for you. Why else would you want to be a diplomat?

 

how the hell should i know that?!
i've never played as a diplomatic char!

 

Followers and XP's

If all your followers do the fighting for you, do you not take a huge hit in the amount of XP's you get from combats?

Also as a diplomat, would it not be good to have some sort of range weapon like a gun or bow?

 

yes you do lose xp's but that's the trade off for lot's of followers
also don't use bows they do shit damage

 

the pyro-bow isn't too bad...

 

i don't think i've ever heard of it, i'm assuming it's a schematic you find but then i never payed much attention to bows

So If I want to do magick, what kind of magick? Is the haste and such good?
Can you be a Charismatic Throwing Mage?

I read in the manual that if you have 20 cha, then followers wont leave u unless u tell them. Is this true?

Depends on your allignment and beauty too if im correct. In the ancient temple I couldn't get the barbarian to join me because I was to good...:sad:

if you want to mix good and evil then you should get Torian kel,Loghaire Thunder-stone,Dog,Chucka,Z'an a'lurin.

it can make combat boring but.....
have the stun spell. stand back and let the hoard destroy them all.
thats what my little gnome mucluv dose. hes a ladies man, hence the name. maybe i'll level out at the end of the game this way too.

thieving skills are alway handy.

Dante is a better healer then Virgil and at higher levels he will even res ya. Well worth the time in my book.
