Understanding Auto Leveling Shcemes

The Auto Leveling schemes found in (arcanum5.dat/rules/gamelevel.mes) show:

{67}-Warrior Mage Good {Melee 4, necro_good 2, Dodge 4, force 1, air 1, st 12, melee 12, dodge 12, necro_good 4, in 12, melee 12, force 3, dodge 16, air 3, st 15, melee 20, dodge 20, force 5, air 5, in 15, st 20, cn 20, in 18, dx 20}

FWIW it is what Dante and Swyft use. My question is, I don't see Willpower being mentioned in there. How is that possible with white necro going to 4 and force and air going to 5? Thanks in advance!

 

If you type dodge 20 then the character will level dexterity asap to then reach dodge 20. So for force 5 the character will spend wp to be able to take it.
