Activating virigil's cheat

Greetings All,

This is probably a silly question but after downloading UAP 1.5 , I cant seem to find the dialog that allows Virgil cheat. how can I activate his cheat ?

Hi. Sorry for the mistakes I'm writing through the system translator. To the point I have a version of the game for GOG patch UAP2.0.2.
I tested it with Polish and reinstalled the game without any problems. Virgil is stubbornly a maniac to spawn a wall. I tried to record a movie, unfortunately, the program it had did not make it and on the net I did not find any information on which program to record the movie.
