Mastery quests, which are the best?

I'm wondering which quests should I try to do aside from Persuasion? Any standouts?
Doesn't look like anyone's made a youtube video with them, that would've been helpful.

 

Firearms, Dodge and Melee all have a little more story to them in my opinion. Stealth is interesting for the puzzle solving angle if you haven't done it before. I think of the thief orientated skills, Pick Locks is the most fun to try and stealth through. They would be all my picks.

 

Did all of them in the end since I saved just enough points (indeed, had to get the last perception point by equipping that staff from the castle after dynamiting the chest). Put some time into it and recorded short as possible videos.
