Portal in Shrouded Hills leads to Unicorn statue?

Hi guys,

I saw a Russian playthrough of Arcanum here:


At 3:22:40 he enters Shrouded Hills, then he goes down past the Bridge materials south to a house and finds a portal, he enters the portal at 3:24:03, the portal leads to a place with white Unicorn statue.

I don't quite understand the language, is this place accessible in the game or this is some added mod?

This is not accessible in vanilla Arcanum. He is using a mod of some kind--one that I've never seen before.

 

Indeed, I know not either what the mod is. If one can understand the Russian language, their Arcanum-Club.RU site has a myriad of things of which the rest of the world knows so little about. One can wonder if there are KGB agents developing some kind of secret weapon from the game... who knows? Nonetheless, the Russians have stuff we can only dream of.

It looks like the expansion that he's using in-game is available for download here if you're interested. Keep in mind that I haven't virus scanned this, so downloading it could be risky. It doesn't look too shady to me, though.

I see, so this is some kind of an additional fan-made expansion for Arcanum? Now I understand why I never saw that area before.
