nothing. you would have to get him killed and then ressurect it. works on other follwers but never tried it on the dog
His name's not Dogmeat. You're thinking Fallout there. His name before he joins you is a worthless mutt, and when he joins he's just Dog. And I don't know of any ways to increase his reaction other than by using a fate point. Why would you want to either? He's neutral, his reaction will always be 50. I know he's not Dogmeat. In fact I have never played Fallout. 1 or 2. (GASP!!! Sacrilege!!!) I just heard him called that by other forumers and thought it was funny.
*GASP* SACRELIGE!!! Take an afternoon, go down to the local computer megastore, dig through the deep discount bin for hours on end, realize that you'll never find Fallout 1&2 there, go back home, and order the game on-line! I found it for around $10 for both. True classics. The jewel case version has PDF manuals on the discs. Buy it. Now.
